Nope 27.5 is alive and well. Theres more options in 29r than 27.5, but most brands still have a 27.5 option available. Literally just bought a Trek Remedy, 27.5 is just better for some types of riding. As others have said as well, mullet and Ebikes using 27.5 have also helped revive the size. 36.
